Vinification and Maturing: 50% fermentation and maturing in stainless steel tanks and 50% in 500-litre demi muids.

Tasting notes: dry white wine, golden color, nose of white flowers, slightly brioche. Greedy attack with good persistence on the palate.

Ageing potential: 3 years
