G\u00e9r\u00e9 par Cl\u00e9ment Deglaine et Victor, deux ing\u00e9nieurs agroalimentaires passionn\u00e9s par les sciences du vivant, ce domaine viticole met en \u0153uvre des pratiques agricoles raisonn\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er des vins de qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle.<\/p>

Notre approche vise \u00e0 allier la tradition et la modernit\u00e9, que ce soit \u00e0 la vigne ou en vinification. Le Domaine des Braves est un lieu de convivialit\u00e9 et de partage o\u00f9 nous aimons cr\u00e9er des moments autour de nos vins.<\/p>

Notre Engagement pour l'Environnement<\/h3>

Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de privil\u00e9gier une agriculture qui respecte profond\u00e9ment notre environnement. En renouant avec les anciennes m\u00e9thodes de travail du sol et de d\u00e9sherbage m\u00e9canique, nous utilisons le tracteur de 1973 et les outils du m\u00eame \u00e2ge qui sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 nos parcelles. De plus, nous surveillons de pr\u00e8s la vigne pour intervenir le moins possible et au meilleur moment face aux maladies.<\/p>

Le Domaine des Braves est riche de nombreux atouts avec son architecture, ses deux caves vo\u00fbt\u00e9es, ses parcelles de vignes regroup\u00e9es autour du domaine, le parking et la vue imprenable sur les vignes du bourg de R\u00e9gni\u00e9.<\/p>

De plus, R\u00e9gni\u00e9 est une appellation peu connue mais au sol de grande qualit\u00e9, avec un potentiel \u00e9norme.<\/p>

Anciennement dirig\u00e9 par M Cinquin, surnomm\u00e9 \"le loup blanc du beaujolais\", il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9curseur de la mac\u00e9ration pr\u00e9-fermentaire \u00e0 chaud, ou thermovinification. Nous avons repris cette m\u00e9thode et nous avons diversifi\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres productions pour offrir une gamme de vins qui refl\u00e8tent pleinement la diversit\u00e9 et la richesse de notre terroir.<\/p>
